You have 21 days to return your purchase from the delivery date. Return the products in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition they were received. Please inspect the material and notify us of any defects before using or cutting.

Contact Us with your order number and reason for return. You can return your products for a store credit. Once your return is received, you will be sent the amount as a gift card to use for your next purchase.

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer the following shipping methods for domestic and international orders:

Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via Canada Post/UPS and typically take 3-9 business days to arrive.
Expedited Shipping: Orders are shipped via Canada Post/UPS and typically take 1-3 business days to arrive.
International Standard Shipping (USA Only): Orders are shipped Canada Post/US Post and typically take 3-9 business days to arrive. Our USA customers don't have to pay any custom duties for their orders our shipping charges covers the import duties.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier's delivery schedule, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. During peak periods, such as holidays or sales events, order processing time may take longer. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

We aim to do same-day shipping if ordered before 2 PM Mountain Time, except on weekends and statutory holidays.
All orders processed during non-business hours will be pulled and shipped the next business day following.
Orders shipped via Canada Post and UPS has the right to decide final shipping method.

Handling Delays or Missing Packages:

Unfortunately, we do not have control over the shipping priority or operations once the carrier has picked up your order.
