Very bright and good quality reflective HTV. I've tested the grey one against 4 other reflective vinyls from different manufacturers and it came on top. It compares with the 3M that sells for 2-3 times the price. I can't say if it's thecnically up to ANSI and CSZ 96 standards, but to my eyes, the XVinyl Premium Reflectiveit HTV even seems a tad brighter than the 3M. It's definitely worth the price.
