SHIPPING POLICY

At Craftvinyl.ca, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience, which includes reliable and timely shipping. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times.

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer the following shipping methods for domestic and international orders:

    • Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via Canada Post/UPS and typically take 3-9  business days to arrive.

    • Expedited Shipping: Orders are shipped via Canada Post/UPS and typically take 1-3  business days to arrive.

    • International Standard Shipping (USA Only): Orders are shipped Canada Post/US Post and typically take 3-9  business days to arrive. Our USA customers don't have to pay any custom duties for their orders our shipping charges covers the import duties. 

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier's delivery schedule, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. During peak periods, such as holidays or sales events, order processing time may take longer. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email. 

  • We aim to do same-day shipping if ordered before 2 PM Mountain Time, except on weekends and statutory holidays. 
  • All orders processed during non-business hours will be pulled and shipped the next business day following. 
  • Orders shipped via Canada Post and UPS has the right to decide final shipping method. 

 

Order Shipment and Tracking:
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
  • Use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the shipping carrier’s website.

Handling Delays or Missing Packages:

  • If you experience any delays or encounter a missing package, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier (either Canada Post or UPS).
  • Unfortunately, we do not have control over the shipping priority or operations once the carrier has picked up your order.
