Craft Vinyl Inkjet printable transfers for Dark Materials make it easy to create your own printed image for application to colored garments ranging from darker pastels to black.    A heat press is recommended for applying this product because of the temperature and pressure requirements.  Peel from the backing paper or use heat transfer mask before pressing. Application and Care Instructions Press at 350 Degrees for 30 Seconds under MEDIUM pressure Peel when entirely COOL to the touch To wash, turn garment inside out, wash in cold water.  Do not bleach. Tumble dry low heat (hang dry recommended). If ironing, do NOT iron directly on the applied image. Heat Transfer Mask is recommended.  Larger, one-piece transfers can be applied without transfer mask.

Returns Policy

You have 21 days to return your purchase from the delivery date. Return the products in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition they were received. Please inspect the material and notify us of any defects before using or cutting.

Again, please check your items before using to make sure they are what you need for your project. Apparel may be subject to restocking charges. If you have any issue with your order, please Contact Us!

Contact Us with your order number and reason for return. You can return your products for a store credit. Once your return is received, you will be sent the amount as a gift card to use for your next purchase.

* Customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer the following shipping methods for domestic and international orders:

    • Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via Canada Post/UPS and typically take 3-9  business days to arrive.

    • Expedited Shipping: Orders are shipped via Canada Post/UPS and typically take 1-3  business days to arrive.

    • International Standard Shipping (USA Only): Orders are shipped Canada Post/US Post and typically take 3-9  business days to arrive. Our USA customers don't have to pay any custom duties for their orders our shipping charges covers the import duties. 

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier's delivery schedule, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. During peak periods, such as holidays or sales events, order processing time may take longer. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email. 

  • We aim to do same-day shipping if ordered before 2 PM Mountain Time, except on weekends and statutory holidays. 
  • All orders processed during non-business hours will be pulled and shipped the next business day following. 
  • Orders shipped via Canada Post and UPS has the right to decide final shipping method. 

 

Order Shipment and Tracking:
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
  • Use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the shipping carrier’s website.

Handling Delays or Missing Packages:

  • If you experience any delays or encounter a missing package, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier (either Canada Post or UPS).
  • Unfortunately, we do not have control over the shipping priority or operations once the carrier has picked up your order.
